Basketball Anyone?

Sneaking in an actual workout tonight!

Rockin out to: North Carolina vs Texas game! Holy hippos did anyone see that? I figured the last three minutes might get me half of my elliptical workout but it got me almost the whole way! Great game!
Sportin: SO top and jockey workout pants

Elliptical: 34 minutes, 347 calories at 3.49 miles. Set it on level 7 until 5 minute cool down!
Leg press: this was probably stupid due to the squats from today but 110 resistance 3 sets of 10
Leg extensions: resistance 50, 3 sets of 10
Leg curl: (um, ouch) 3 sets of 10 at resistance 50

Side Crunches: 25 on each side

Please excuse me while I go find feeling in my legs again
