As a full time mommy, full time wife & full time employee going to the gym every single night isn’t a reality. I needed an at home workout for non gym days. While I am still doing my 30 day challenges, I decided I needed something else. Especially after working from home today due to yet another snow storm.
I came across Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred Level one and decided to give it a try. It is free on YouTube (I am assuming it’s uploaded legally, might not be?).
Overall it was a good workout. Far from the calorie burn at the gym but it was good when you consider it was 27 minutes including a warmup and cool down.
The only thing I didn’t catch ahead of time was that it require weights for some of the exercises. I didn’t have them but was still able to follow along.
Was worth the workout for a non gym night!
