Yes, a lot of my workouts lately have involved running. I realized after 10 years away from running (xc!) I wanted to get back into it with the ultimate goal of running a 5k (I’m officially signed up for 2!)
Anyways I have one of those friends who is always right and always better at things than me and recently there was a conversation about how fast 3.5 miles were run. Out of motivation to prove them wrong I may have found a little boost to my run tonight.

I also walked a mile or so (totally lost track of laps after my run)
