Yet again we are expecting snow. The nice few days of running outside have gone away with our fourth day of snow coming tonight. I hit up the gym again for a track workout. After a very long night and not a lot of sleep with a teething baby (don’t get me wrong, I love every minute of being a mommy) I didn’t expect much from my run. These days though it seems like those are the best workouts!
I ran 3.53 miles in 32 minute and 10 seconds!
Now it’s off to bed.
