Sunday Morning Workout

Sunday morning workout! I’ve been having some issues with my foot (new shoes desperately needed!!) so I spent more time on elliptical than I have been.

I needed to burn off my sushi dinner!

Treadmill: 23:50, 2.25 miles and 270 calories
Rows; 5 minutes, 50 calories
Butt ball: 2×25
Incline sit-ups: 3×10
