Bonjour!
Last week we spent the week in the south of France in a tiny city called Fréjus! It is about an hour away from St-Tropez and Monaco! The week was amazing! We stayed in a mobile home which was hardly a mobile home at a place called Haven Europe. It was AWESOME!
We visited many places including St-Tropez and Monaco. We also went into the palace in Monaco. We hit the beach a lot. Spent lots of time swimming in the sea, Yes the Mediterranean Sea! Weeeee! It was awesome.
Thursday we went to the beach and saw a fire on one side of the beach didn’t think all that much of it as it had just been put out. We swam and within 15 minutes there was a fire on the other side of the beach! That fire burned through the night, We stayed up till 1 am watching the fire burn!
On Friday I said goodbye to my host brother Maxime. Which I didn’t realize it was a final goodbye basically until it was too late for a big hug. Which sucks cause we finally were able to communicate without being scared of each other!
I leave next Sunday for Nice to be with AFS people. To me its sad cause I don’t want to leave my family but I miss my AFS friends as well.
