Two Miles!


Another successful night and plans to not be able to walk tomorrow….

Rockin out to: workout playlist
Sporting: under armor top and old school capris

Elliptical: 100 calories, 10 minutes, level 7

Treadmill: Going into this my goal was run 16 minutes to surpass the other day… 16 minutes turned into 1.75 miles which turned into two miles!! Super proud of myself…

Incline sit-ups: these are getting easier! Maybe need to start adding some weights? 3 sets of 10

Butt bench: 2 sets of 25… Still kicking my ass
