Another Snowy Workout

Back at the gym I don’t like as much… Is anyone else tired of the snow???

Rockin Out To: workout playlist (blog with that coming soon!)
Sportin: under armor top and old school capris

Elliptical: 5 minute warm up

Treadmill: 2.02 miles in just under 22 minutes. Ultimate goal is to get to 3 miles

Incline sit-ups: 3 sets of 10 with 5lb weight

Weights: bicep curls & arm raises both were 2 sets of 10 with a 10 pound weight

30 second plank to finish the night
