With our newfound fitness competition workouts took place on the hour every hour today at work. We didn’t start until 10 so I continued it for two hours at home too to make up for 8 and 9am.
Sounds simple but it’s actually making me pretty sore as the day goes on!
15 squats
10 sit-ups
5 push-ups
All in all Today I’ve done:
150 squats
100 sit-ups
50 push-ups
And now it’s off to workout some more 🙂
