Tonight was a struggle night at the gym (I don’t recommend mahi mahi for dinner before a workout)… So it was a just push through it night.
Elliptical: 300 calorie goal on level 7 with a 2ish minute cool down
Incline situps: 3 x 10 (these are slowly getting easier!!)
Butt bench (ball): 2 x 25
On a happy note getting back into the swing of things my scale says my body fat percentage is at 27.5% Which is down just under 2% from my starting a month and a half ago! Baby steps!
